Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you as soon as payment goes through, and a second email follows with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Do you have a shop location?
No, we sell online only and hold no retail premises. That is a large part of why the prices are what they are.
Can I return my item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with no fee and no reason needed; you pay only the cost of sending it back. Beyond that we still accept change-of-mind returns up to 15 days from purchase, where a £29 handling charge applies. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You get a dispatch email with a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. You can follow it from our track your parcel page.
I have not received my order yet. Is it lost?
Almost certainly not. Deliveries take 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, so anything inside about ten days is normal. Check the tracking number in your dispatch email first, and if it has not moved for several days email us with your order number and we will chase it.

How pale is the light blue?
Pale enough to behave like a neutral from across the room, and clearly blue close up. It is not a powder blue and it is not a duck egg.
Is it cool or warm blue?
Cool. It sits with greys and whites rather than with creams and woods.
How does it differ from the darker blue?
Considerably. The darker blue is a saturated colour that dominates a bed; this one recedes. If you are unsure which you want, this is the safer one.
Will marks show?
Less than on white, more than on black. The pale blue base absorbs a faint night-cream mark the way the silver does.
Does it fade?
Pale blues hold well. Keep it out of direct sunlight when drying and you will not see a change.
Does the dye run?
No, at cold wash temperatures. There is little dye load in a pale colour to begin with.
