What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
We ship within the UK only. Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more; below that it is a flat £25. Express delivery is available at £25 as a paid upgrade if you want it above the free threshold. Allow up to 7 working days in transit after dispatch within 2 working days.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you as soon as payment goes through, and a second email follows with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Do you have a shop location?
No, we sell online only and hold no retail premises. That is a large part of why the prices are what they are.
Can I return my item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with no fee and no reason needed; you pay only the cost of sending it back. Beyond that we still accept change-of-mind returns up to 15 days from delivery. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You get a dispatch email with a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. You can follow it from our track your parcel page.
I have not received my order yet. Is it lost?
Almost certainly not. Deliveries take up to 7 working days in transit, so anything inside up to 7 working days after dispatch within 2 working days is normal. Check the tracking number in your dispatch email first, and if it has not moved for several days email us with your order number and we will chase it.

Less than cotton and less than silk. It is one of the genuine practical advantages of a satin weave.
