No, we sell online only and hold no retail premises. That is a large part of why the prices are what they are.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with no fee and no reason needed; you pay only the cost of sending it back. Beyond that we still accept change-of-mind returns up to 15 days from purchase, where a £29 handling charge applies. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included. Full detail is on our refunds and returns page.

You get a dispatch email with a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. You can follow it from our track your parcel page.

Almost certainly not. Deliveries take 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, so anything inside about ten days is normal. Check the tracking number in your dispatch email first, and if it has not moved for several days email us with your order number and we will chase it.

No. It is an embroidery service, and the GBP 9 buys the stitching only. You need at least one silk product in the same order for it to go on.

No. The service applies to items bought in the same order, because the work happens here before dispatch.

The thread is colourfast at the wash temperatures silk needs. Direct sunlight over a long period will fade the thread and the silk together.
